Shipping and Deliveries
We ship within 24 hours from our national warehouse in Mexico (Monday–Friday)
Standard home delivery: 2 to 5 business days (not counting Saturday, Sunday or holidays) from order confirmation.
Express shipping to your home: 1-5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays)
*Priority shipping orders placed before 3 PM will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability.
You can receive it at the address of your choice, however we do not deliver to post office boxes or hotels. Once you have established your delivery address and the order has been confirmed the address cannot be changed. However, if the delivery company does not have coverage in your location, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
No, the delivery country always has to match the country of purchase.
If you have chosen home delivery, we will send you a confirmation email when your order is about to leave the warehouse, another with a tracking number (with a link to the courier company's website) and, finally, we will send an email or WhatsApp to inform you of the delivery of your order.
Please note that we aim to ensure that your orders are always delivered complete, so sometimes you may receive your order in parts and with different couriers. We will notify you by email when this happens.
PAYMENT FORMS

RETURNS
The return period is 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order.
Kiki and Josie S de RL de CV reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent after the established deadline, or garments that are not in the same conditions in which they were received.
Additionally, we do not make returns on the following types of items: underwear, socks, bodysuits and swimsuits.

We will ask you for information related to your order, photographs of the product and shipping method.
Remember that we do not make returns or cancellations on: swimsuits, undershirts, bodysuits and socks.
In the case of changes and returns of online purchases, the return parcel guides are the responsibility of the customer.
In the case of a return with a refund, the shipping costs originally paid are not refundable.
Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount in the same way you made your purchase.
After approving the return (physical inspection of the returned garments), you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be credited to your account in a few days. Remember that the estimated credit card payment time is 5-10 days, always depending on your bank.
Exchanges or returns of underwear such as boxers and socks, swimsuits and bodysuits are not accepted.
In order for us to approve a return, the items must be in perfect condition, with the exterior and interior labels and retain the original packaging.
If you receive a garment with a factory defect, send us a message to hola@kikiandjosie.com specify in the subject: "order number", including photos showing the defect.

EXCHANGES
You can change the size or color in any physical store without the need for additional payment, as long as the garment is in perfect condition, with a label and we have stock.

We do not accept exchanges to underwear, swimsuits, bodysuits and socks.

CANCELLATIONS
Because orders are prepared almost immediately, it is not possible to cancel the order from the system. You will have to wait for the product to arrive at your home and start a refund process.
