Yes, we accept returns and exchanges. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase (or receipt of the product in the case of online sales), we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Shipping costs originally paid are non-refundable.

HOW CAN I INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

For purchases in physical stores

  • Exchanges and returns of items purchased in our physical stores can be exchanged or returned at the branch by showing the product in good condition and the corresponding purchase receipt.

  • Returns or exchanges of products purchased online must be processed through our website by clicking here.
  • For size exchanges, you can visit one of our physical stores. However, exchanges are subject to availability, and you must have initiated the exchange process on our website. You must also show your purchase receipt (which came with your order) to exchange items in physical stores.
  • For exchanges and returns of online purchases, the return shipping guides are free of charge.
  • In case of a return with refund the shipping costs originally paid are not refundable.

No changes or returns are made on:

  • Underwear
  • Socks
  • Bodys
  • Caps and visors
  • Items from the sale collection

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND OR STORE CREDIT?

To initiate a return or exchange process for a product purchased online, click here.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

We will not be able to issue refunds or returns in the following cases:

  • The item has signs of use.
  • The item is not in perfect condition.
  • Does not have all original tags still attached to the garment as received
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 15 days after receipt.>

Please note that shipping costs and taxes are non-refundable. Only the product price will be refunded. Exchanges will be calculated based on the original product price (excluding shipping costs and taxes).

*Shipping costs for the original order are also non-refundable.

REFUNDS

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to notify you that we've received your return. We'll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and the refund will be automatically applied to the original payment method (debit, credit, PayPal) and will be reflected within 3 to 5 business days (depending on your bank).

Authorized refunds take between 4 and 7 business days to be reflected in the original payment method, depending on the bank or credit institution.
