Express home delivery: 3-5 days (business days, not including Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays)
*Priority Shipping orders placed before 3 PM will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability.
Where can I receive my order?
You can have it delivered to any address of your choice, however, we do not deliver to PO boxes or hotels.
Can I pick up my order at the Playa del Carmen store?
Of course! You just need to choose In-Store Pickup as your delivery method at checkout. Your order will be available the next business day (Monday to Friday between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.)

Can the delivery country be different from the purchase country?
No, the delivery country must always match the country of purchase. In our case, we only deliver within Mexico.
What is the home delivery process?

You'll then receive another message with a tracking number (with a link to the courier company's website). Finally, the carrier will contact you via WhatsApp or email to inform you of the delivery of your order.

Yes, we accept returns and exchanges. Our policy lasts for 14 days.
If 14 days have passed since your purchase (or receipt of product in the case of online sales), we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Shipping costs originally paid are not refundable.
We will not be able to issue refunds or returns in the following cases:
- The product has signs of use.
- It does not have all the original tags still attached to the garment as received
- The product is not in perfect condition.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or is missing parts for reasons beyond our control
