How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard home delivery: 5 to 7 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) from order confirmation. This time may be longer during sales or special promotions (7-12 business days).
Express home delivery: 3-5 days (business days, not including Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays)
*Priority Shipping orders placed before 3 PM will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability.
Where can I receive my order?
You can have it delivered to any address of your choice, however, we do not deliver to PO boxes or hotels.
Can I pick up my order at the Playa del Carmen store?
Of course! You just need to choose In-Store Pickup as your delivery method at checkout. Your order will be available the next business day (Monday to Friday between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.)

Can the delivery country be different from the purchase country?
No, the delivery country must always match the country of purchase. In our case, we only deliver within Mexico.
What is the home delivery process?
If you've chosen home delivery, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email or WhatsApp message once your order has left the warehouse. You'll then receive another message with a tracking number (with a link to the courier company's website). Finally, the carrier will contact you via WhatsApp or email to inform you of the delivery of your order.
We'll do our best to ensure your order is delivered in one complete shipment. However, occasionally, we may ship your order in two or more packages. We'll email you when this happens.
