Shipping policy
We ship within 24 hours from our national warehouse in Mexico (Monday-Friday)
Standard home delivery: 2 to 5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) from the order confirmation.
Express home delivery: 1-5 (business days, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not included)
*Priority shipping orders placed before 3 PM will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability.
Where can I receive my order?
You can receive it at the address of your choice, however, we do not deliver to PO boxes or hotels.
Can I pick up my order at the Playa del Carmen store?
Of course! You only have to choose the In-Store Pickup option as a delivery method at the time of payment. Your order will be available from the next business day (Monday to Friday between 10am and 6pm)

Can the delivery country be different from the purchase country?
No, the delivery country always has to match the country of purchase. In our case we only deliver in Mexican territory
What is the home delivery process?
If you have chosen home delivery, we will send you a confirmation email or a shipping WhatsApp when your order has left the warehouse, then you will receive another message with a tracking number (with a link to the courier company's website) and, finally, the carrier will contact you via WhatsApp or email to inform you of the delivery of your order.
We will do everything possible to ensure that your order is delivered complete in a single delivery, however, on some occasions, we could send your order in 2 or more guides, we will let you know with an email when this happens.
